* 1. Markov모형은 시간의 경과에 따라 상태가 확률적으로 변화하는 과정과 그 결과를 파악하는 것으로 일정 기간 종업원의 이직률, 부서 간 이동률, 퇴사율 등을 전이행렬로 기록하고 분석하여 미래 인력 공급을 예측하는 방법을 말한다. 미래 상태의 조건부 확률 분포가 과거 상태와는 독립적으로 현재 상태에 의해서만 결정된다는 것을 뜻한다.
